- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Weve been to camping sites all over New Zealand and this one rates as one of the best, in terms of facilties, location and the hosts. They will do anything for you to ensure that your holiday is successful and enjoyable; e.g. people staying opposite us in a tent with teenagers had their fridge break down on the first day. Mick lent them a spare from the camp, organised for the local repair man to visit their site and disposed of their fridge when it couldnt be repaired.
